Your satisfaction is important to me. If a print(s) or handmade items have been damaged during the shipping process, I will give you a refund and send you a new print(s). However, if an original piece of art was damaged during the shipping process, I will refund your money, but I cannot send you a new one, as it was an original piece. However, I will be happy to give you a discount on a future purchase or commission.
